Dedicated server problems

Hey guys!
I'm new around here. Luckily, thanks to you guys I got my stuff updated and working just fine

However, I've encountered a strange problem with the dedicated server. It's running and yet it does not show up on the dedicated server list (neither Internet or LAN). It doesn't show up in the player hosted server section either, but that makes sense.

So, any ideas or tips on how I can fix this thing? (I used the .cfg file found on these forums and the server seems to run just fine until one actually looks it up on the list).

dedicated at patch V3 doesnt work yet wen its cracked again ill let you know

problem is that the server you downld from steam is V3 and v2 cant be downld from steam anymore i hope it will be fixed soon

Oh, okay. Thanks for explaining.
But patch v3 works now on multiplayer, right?
