your suppose to put it in main /steam folder not "/zero gear/server", at least thats how it worked for me.

but am still having trouble finding people to play with, the browse ;list shows no games being played what so ever, are anyone actually playing this game ?

Aww.. fuck you're right it says that in tut PUT in steam dir NOT in server folder.. Well now that is out of the way, I noticed everyone is reverting back to the older patch, which i can sometimes get matches going, finally got one for a ranked game w/o my other friend gathering recent players to make a group. Which is ridiculous to do, because ppl get kicked out of the party in matchmaking and they have to just go to retry matchmaking and hopefully pair us.

1.1 has a lil bit problems whit it ports shit blabla that is making connecting to each other way to long, but NO WORRY's there is a patch 1.2 so we are still working on it be released soon ^,^ and btw for others the TUT shows you to put it in the server folder not root folder of steam!

I've managed to play a few games, however sometimes I get a connection timeout message before the match starts Sad

I've noticed that it usually happens when there are a lot of players in the pre-game lobby. Furthermore, I usually experience noticeable lag when I manage to connect to a game with more than 12 players.

Perhaps if there were dedicated pirate servers games then playing AvP online would be easier.

steam again fucked the lag free matches whit his nonsense server join method like in MW2 so blame it on steam Twisted Evil

Also, would be nice if we were all playing the same version, instead of having half the people playing v1.0 and the other half playing v1.1.

Are there any chances that the dedicated (pirate) server will come along with this? Or will they be released after ?

Hi.

Lately I have just tried this patch v1.1 and I have found some improvements, as Montion Blur to disable in DX9, improved performance and some bugs's correction ... But I find faults to this patch-crack:

- Is this the final version 1.1, at present so-called v2, published close and officially?...
- I have than cracking the Steam in order that the game work... is troublesome.
- The mode Single Player depends on connected Steam to play it, not as the crack 1.0 of Razor1911 than could play himself without Steam . It is extremely troublesome.
- My language of installation is Spanish, and this patch-crack installs it in English. Although doing some modifications, I obtained than it work in Spanish, but do not look good in...
- This patch-crack uses installer, it does not allow seeing than this installing.

Personally I thank the 1.1's this patch-crack, but I am going to keep on using and recommending the version Razor1911's 1.0 for Single Player and Multiplayer because they are but comfortable and less troublesome to use.

You either install 1.0 or 1.1.

as far as I know there is no need to install 1.0 cause that is already the version you have from the second you installed AvP, but if 1.1 doesn't fully work I recommend you to try it out maybe it will solve some problems.
